Situated in the Western Canada's foothills, surrounded by magnificent forests, lakes and rivers, bordering Crimson Lake Provincial Park and endless square miles of public land with direct access to world famous David Thompson Highway, a very scenic route into the Rocky Mountains.

Marty and Kathy (originally from Switzerland) and their sons Joe and Ben live their dream of nature, space, wildlife, animals and cowboy culture and share their western hospitality with guests from all over the world for 18 years now.

Feel at Home Away From Home in the cozy cabin with private bathroom and log beds, relax and unwind on the porch with a beautiful view to the Rockies, enjoy the tasty home cooked meals with good company and appreciate what the surrounding has to offer.

Guests love to explore nearby Crimson and Twin Lakes for hiking, fishing, swimming (sand beach), shop at a Western Store, visit the Historic Site, drive into the Rockies to beautiful Abraham Lake and Crescent Falls, drive a short distance to go on a horseback ride or book one of the natural horse experience at the ranch on selected days.

Back at your B&B at Ride the Wind Ranch enjoy the peaceful ranch setting, visit the ranch animals, pet the horses and take pictures of the ever so cute Texas Longhorn calves. Reenergize during these very restful days in a comfortably pleasant small group setting ( up to 8 guests only).
