The harmony between Kathy and Hans, the sharing of planning and working in their flexible way is the centre of their success.

Lucky Joe and Ben to be able to grow up in this environment. This spirit influences the activities on the ranch: well trained , trustful horses, even the herd of Texas Longhorn cattle seem to be relaxed. No surprise that the late evening visitors such as the sandhill cranes and up to seven white tail deer feel safe here.
